Complaints

Upon receipt of the ordered goods, please check the condition and content of the delivered parcel in the presence of the courier for damage during transport.

Complaints arising from this title will be recognized only if a complaint report is made in the presence of the person delivering the package. Products offered at www.bowlandbone.com are brand new and covered by warranty against latent defects.
