Ease of cleaning CHILL silver mats

The internal filling of your CHILL silver mat can be removed in the blink of an eye thanks to the handy zipper on its cover. The entire mat can be washed by hand or in a washing machine – using the “gentle/manual washing” program, and remembering not to exceed 30°C.

Important! The use of bleach, detergents or chlorine is not recommended. These products can affect the structure of your mat and negatively impact your dog’s health. After washing your CHILL silver mat, leave it out to dry completely, preferably in a flat, spread-out position.

Before carrying out any maintenance, please read the instructions that we have placed on the mat’s product label.

This will help you to avoid a number of errors that could adversely affect the durability and longevity of your mat.
