DELIVERY TIME

The time of order fulfilment depends on the availability of goods in our warehouse. We ship orders within 72 hours, however, we manage to ship the vast majority of orders within 24 - 48 hours from the moment the payment is credited on our account.

If it happens that the ordered accessories are not available at the moment, we will inform you immediately and provide the approximate waiting time.

All parcels are sent by courier service. On special request, we can send a package by post service. For most parcels sent to European Union countries by courier, the delivery time is 2-4 business day after dispatch date. Unfortunately, there are cases when the transportation company does not fulfill its obligations properly due to various reasons, e.g. a breakdown of a delivery vehicle, a warehouse error, huge traffic jams, heavy weather conditions, accidents, oversights and human errors as well as the absence of the addressee at the address delivery. Delivery time to countries outside the European Union are also dependent on the customs procedure carried out by customs officials of a given country, which can significantly extend the delivery time. Unfortunately, we have no control on such situations and therefore cannot be responsible for them.

The above-mentioned situations are not the basis for the cancellation of the order due to our fault (and are not the basis for the full amount refund of the order) because the delay caused by them is not due to factors dependent on us.

To get accurate information about the shipment being delivered, we recommend to check the delivery status on the shipping company's website. You can get more information about the shipment by entering the tracking number obtained from us.

Additional information can be provided by the dispatcher at the courier company which should be contacted by phone or via e-mail.
