How to order

A. ORDER VIA THE ONLINE STORE www.bowlandbone.com

1. Go to www.bowlandbone.pl, browse the store's offer using the search engine or browse individual sections and select the products you want to order.
2. Next to each product, there is a button with the word "Buy" - after clicking it, the selected product will be added to your virtual basket.
3. After adding the product to the cart, you will be redirected to the page with your purchases. You can continue shopping by clicking the "Continue shopping" button or finalize it by clicking the "Order" button and going to the subpage enabling registration and placing an order.
4. After selecting all the products, click on the icon with the image of a shopping cart and the word "Cart" to check whether the right products in the right quantities will be purchased.
5. If you already have an account at www.bowlandbone.pl, now it's time to log in. If you haven't created your account yet, use the "Register" button and quickly register your account.
6. After logging in, select the payment method, method and delivery date from the options provided. Please note that when selecting specific delivery methods, not all payment options are available.
7. After clicking the "Place order" button, you will automatically be taken to a page summarizing your order. Order confirmation will also be sent to your e-mail address that you provided during registration.
8. Make an online payment according to your chosen option or have cash/credit card ready while waiting for the courier.
   It's done! On the date you choose, products from the www.bowlandbone.pl store will be in your home!

B. ORDER BY E-MAIL

1. Go to www.bowlandbone.pl, browse the store's offers and select the products you want to order.
2. Select your payment method and delivery date from the options provided.
3. Write an e-mail to info@bowlandbone.pl containing:
   a) a list of ordered products along with the number of pieces ordered
   b) name and surname of the ordering person, contact telephone number and detailed delivery address (street name, house number, apartment number, postal code)
   c) the payment method and delivery date selected from among the options provided. If you need a VAT invoice, please let us know and provide all the necessary data to issue the invoice.
4. After receiving e-mail confirmation from Bowl&Bone Republic, depending on the selected payment method, please:
   a) making the payment by traditional bank transfer, or
   c) prepare cash or a credit card and wait for the courier.
5. It's ready! On the date you choose, products from the www.bowlandbone.pl store will be in your home!
6. If it is necessary to clarify the order, our Consultant will contact you by phone.
