We describe the ways of data protection and the possibility of their verification, the right and the possibility of their complete removal after order completion and delivery.

In the case of invoicing the transaction, we will ask you for further information including: NIP number, company name and address of its registered office, and in the case of natural persons – address of residence.

If you turn to our shop asking about your order details or data regarding the product, either by e-mail or phone, you give us your data, i.e.: phone number, your full name, e-mail address. These are the data that you, dear Customer, have provided and to the processing of which you have agreed. All of these items will only be used to confirm your identity and to contact you in order to provide exhaustive information concerning your enquiries related to our product range. Information obtained from you is not cataloged and made available to third parties, except as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
If you decide to receive the newsletter from our store, your e-mail address will be placed in the Customer Base. This way you will receive from our shop the latest product information, current information concerning discounts and events. You can choose to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Any advertising and promotional communications sent by us to the Client have clear instructions on how to resign from receiving them. We guarantee that without your consent we will not send electronically any marketing materials in accordance with the Act on Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Dz. U. All the information and data provided by you are used exclusively for the purpose of the transaction and are not passed to any other companies, and if we do wish to make them available, we expressly communicate this fact and accompany such information with the data on the way you can express you lack of acceptance of such actions.

If you select other than personal pick-up, it is necessary to resort to the services of a currier to safely provide you with the products you ordered. We then pass the necessary information to the currier company required for the smooth delivery of the goods: your first name, last name and delivery address.
