Exchange of goods, complaints

If you need to exchange something you bought, remember you have 14 calendar days from the day you received the package to do so. In that case, please place a new order on www.bowlandbone.com and send back the old (incorrect) order following the rules for returns.

This is the only way to exchange purchased items.

Complaints

When you receive your order, please check the condition and contents of the package in front of the courier for any transport damage.

IMPORTANT! If you notice any damages, please make a proper report with the courier present (the courier will have a damage report form). If this happens, also contact our store immediately at info@bowlandbone.com

Complaints based on this will only be accepted if a complaint protocol is made in the presence of the delivery person.

The products offered at www.bowlandbone.com are brand new and covered by a warranty for hidden defects.
