All our orders are delivered by a courier company.
International shipping costs may vary based on the weight of the order, customs, type of shipping selected, and the final delivery address. Please send us an e-mail to get more information.
If any import taxes or duties in country of Customer are charged on the ordered goods, it’s solely responsibility of the Customer to settle it accordingly to local tax regulations.
In the event that the order has been sent and the parcel has not been picked up by the Client, it will be sending again only after settling the additional shipping cost of this order and, if any, return costs by Client.
IMPORTANT! We kindly ask you to check the package before receiving/accepting it from the courier for transportation damage and its content in the presence of the courier. If any damage is noted, please fill in and sign an appropriate report in the presence of the courier (the damage report shall be provided by courier) and immediately inform us about this event by the e-mail at email@example.com
Complaints without signed damage report may not be accepted.
