We guarantee you the right to return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of order delivery.
To effectively return the received order, please send back product you would like to return, within 14 days from the date of order delivery, along with a receipt/invoice and a return form, which you can find here.
Attention! The binding date for returning the product will be the date of posting the package with the returned product to the address indicated in return form.
The returned goods should be sent back, preferably in the original packaging or in a packaging that guarantees safe transport of the shipped products.
As soon as the return is delivered to us and the sent product arrive intact (with no signs of use or otherwise damaged), the return will be accepted. Therefore, it is very important that the return is sent back to us by courier or registered mail, with the possibility of tracking. In the event of package loss, by transportation company, there will be possibility to file a complaint and efficiently recover the money.
The reimbursement for the returned goods will be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt the returned and undamaged accessories. We will refund the funds the same way as the payment for the order was originally made, i.e. by bank transfer or the selected payment service.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer. The store does not accept cash on delivery parcels.
Remember that the returned goods must be accompanied by a completed return form and a receipt/invoice. This is very important as the return may not be accepted without these documents!

Please note that all Bowl&Bone Republic accessories are manufactured in European Union so no custom tax is applied for purchased products. Although, bought products must pass import customs clearance, which may sometimes extend the delivery time.
When the product is returned similar export customs clearance shall be performed. That is why it is crucial to mark the returned package as GOODS RETURN to clearly inform the customs officer how to proceed with the package. Please also remember that the sender field must contain exactly the same data as the person making the purchase. Otherwise, it will not be possible to effectively clear the returned product.
