You have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your package.
To successfully return your order, send it back, fully or partially, within 14 days from the day you got it, along with the receipt and a written statement of withdrawal from the distance contract (return form), which you can find here.
Don't worry about delivery time. The return date is considered to be the date the package is shipped.
The returned items should preferably be sent back in their original packaging or in packaging that ensures safe transport.
Once we get your return and the product(s) arrive undamaged (they shouldn't have any signs of use, be dirty or otherwise damaged), we'll process the return. So it's important to send it back through a courier or registered mail, so we can track the package and easily claim your money back if it gets lost.
We'll refund the money for the returned items within 7 working days after we receive and check that the items are undamaged. The refund will be processed the same way you originally paid, either by bank transfer or through the payment service you used.
You’ll have to cover the return shipping costs. We don’t accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Remember, it's really important to include the filled-out return form and the receipt with your return, because without these documents, your return might not be processed!
