When going for a walk with our dog, we want him to feel as free and comfortable as possible. A place where we can let our pet go alone without a leash or fear is a specially designed-dog park. These catwalks allow dogs to play without unnecessary embarrassment or restrictions.
Dog park – what is it exactly?
Remember that we must keep dogs on a leash and sometimes in a muzzle in public places. A dog park is an excellent alternative for those dogs who love to play freely in a large area, and everyday life in the city limits them significantly.
Rules in the park
Dog runs are public places, so if you want to use them, you must follow specific rules and regulations. For example, we present the limitations of one of the dog runs.
Rules of the run for dogs:
1. The dog run is a public area intended for playing with dogs
2. In the paddock, dogs should be under the care of adults who are obliged to exercise constant and effective supervision over them
3. It is forbidden to leave dogs on the paddock without the supervision of their owners or guardians
4. It is allowed to release dogs from leashes and muzzles, except for breeds considered aggressive and their hybrids
5. Dogs on the catwalk should have an identifier permanently attached to the collar, enabling the identification of its owner. It is recommended to tag the dog (chip) electronically
6. Owners or guardians of dogs are obliged to remove their excrement from the paddock area to waste bins
7. Devices in the enclosure should be used per their intended purpose. During training classes, the instructions of the instructor should be followed
8. Do not use play equipment when it is wet, snowy or hot in the sun. Do not use play equipment if it is damaged or vandalized
9. Keepers of dogs should remember about possible legal liability for damage caused by dogs to people and property
10. For safety reasons, sick dogs, a female dog in heat and puppies up to 3 months of age are not allowed on the paddock
11. Children may stay in the catwalk only under the supervision of adults
12. It is forbidden to smoke cigarettes, consume alcohol and litter the area
13. There is a garden tap in the enclosure. Please remember to close it after use
A safe place for your dog
When going for a walk to the dog park, we want to be sure that it is a place fully adapted to our pet, where we do not have to worry about his safety. Adherence to the above rules will help keep the dog’s paddocks neat and tidy, and will save the owners from worrying about their charges.
The number of runs for dogs is awe-inspiring, and what’s more, it is constantly growing. We will find a few to a dozen parks for our pets in each village.
Diversifying the activity of the city dog
The idea of dog runs is to create a place to let the dog play freely without any fear or risk, without a leash or a muzzle. It is an excellent variety for the daily activity of our dogs. Dog parks have attractions that will provide our quadrupeds with fun and entertainment. It is also a great place to make new dog friends.
Remember that dogs love to play not only with their owners but also with other dogs.
